Was meant to be a half hour massage and it was exactly 20 minutes and I know this as there was a digital clock in front of me. I was charged $70. I'm more disappointed in myself that I didn't speak up and refuse to pay. Not to mention the pain I'm in now that wasn't there yesterday.
